"In looking at the reviews prior to booking, I thought there’s no way a hotel could be a 10. Well I was wrong, Hotel Quadrifolio exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, we loved that it was a smaller place. The staff was exceptional - Alice, Dario, John, Luis, Fernando and our housekeeper made our stay unforgettable. "Second time there and it’s still a 5 star boutique hotel. They added so many great upgrades since my last visit. An actual speak easy bar hidden within the walls of the front lobby only for hotel guests is a unique touch. The only downside is for my makeup ladies the lighting isn’t good in the bathroom for makeup."

"My best friend and I had the best stay at Palmas de Alba. The hotel staff was so efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I will be staying again next time I visit Cartagena "

"A Perfect Stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena! My stay at the Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the modern amenities. Made it feel like a home away from home. The on-site facilities were fantastic. The pool/spa/fitness center was clean and inviting, and the restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was also a major plus—conveniently situated near beaches and landmarks making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. "I will definitely be returning to this hotel in Cartagena, Columbia. From the moment you walked into the hotel the staff were so eager to help. The check-in process was very fast. The hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. I loved my room the quality of the bedding and the mattress is , superb. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and very quiet. I loved the shower and the bathroom toiletries that was provided and also the towels were huge, strong, and out of this world. The breakfast was delicious everyday. They make very good coffee. I would love to mention three staff members that went above and beyond for my birthday. Their names are Fabian, Alfonso, papano. Thank you so much for your kindness. I will be returning shortly."
