Main reason we decided at this property was the hot tub. The heater was broken. We were not notified prior and were no signs to alert us to this.

Mattresses had large orange urine stains, hot tub not working, pool and sauna filthy, TV not working. Took 20 min. To get hot water, then tub wouldn't drain, no shower matt and slipped in tub. Found open sunflower seeds in one bed and on rug. No spa appts available, dining rm/bar closed 12pm Sunday, so no Superbowl for me. Staff rude and unprofessional. The list goes on and on! Stay away😡

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly but we had no hot water at all. It got turned on at 10am when checkout is 11. We arrived later in the evening and told the kids the pool was open in the morning so we would go then. Little did I know the slide and stuff do not open until 2pm. I was never told that or I would have no stayed there. Overall the no hot water did it for me.

We enjoyed our stay however, the walls of the rooms were very thin we could hear full conversations of our neighbors and anyone in the hall way as well. We honestly debated leaving early our last night because the neighbors were so loud and the walls so thin it felt like we were basically in the room with them.

Great, convenient place to stay near downtown Plymouth. Spent 2 nights over winter break with two children aged 6. Indoor pool with water slide is a great perk as well as CJs restaurant in the lobby. Family friendly, great staff, great food. Spent one day at nearby Edaville Railroad for an excellent winter family getaway.

Great location, our room smelled like deep fried food and was at the end of the hall so the water in the shower never got hot (despite running it for 25 min at a time) it only got to Luke warm. My kids loved the pool and the location was great but if it was't for the pool we would have left. Fun if you have little kids, otherwise I'd stay somewhere nicer.
