"Very pleasant stay and staff were more than friendly and helpful"

"We enjoyed our stay here over all. It’s a quaint building, with a lovely bar and restaurant area, and a nice walk along Poole quay just at the end of the street. The room however (named Mac Forbes), faced onto the street like a shop window which was odd and so we felt we couldn’t keep the curtains open. The exit for the Mill House annex (which the room was in) was right by our room door, so we heard all comings and goings. I’m told the door is being moved to the other end of corridor away from...

"Great quiet location, easy access to all of Poole. Check in/out instructions well communicated. Everything you would ever need for a stay was provided "

"Good location, just 50m or so from the Quay front, great staff allround, but room was ok, but adequate only, for price charged. Dog friendly, which was critical for us, but £10 surcharge charged. Lack of hotel parking wasn't too much of an issue as large multistorey within c.400m, but does add any £10 cost to the visit"
