"I expected better from the room, even for the price. The pictures depicted a clean, finished space, but the walls were painted with imperfections, and had several sections of unblended drywall. The bed was comfortable but too springy for my liking. It didn’t affect a good nights sleep. There were plenty of towels and soap for two nights. "This Hotel has a pretty good breakfast. There was plenty of seating for many guest with the dining. You can purchase food at the restaurant until late and they have live music until 11:30 pm every night. Broadway, The Assembly Food Hall, and even the Ryman Theater were walking distance. Access to the parking near the elevators was great. Getting from the room to the car was quick and convenient. No need to use valet. The front desk was helpful too. "

"Loved the rooms and how updated they were. I highly recommend a corner room if you can swing it. My only complaint is the parking. I had an oversized vehicle and had to park on the street the first night because I was told it wouldn't fit in the hotel garage. But on the second night they were able to park it. "

"No reason to rent a car! Everything is within walking distance. You can walk to the Titans and Predators games. Bars and restaurants. Everything was so close. We had a great time. We will not stay anywhere else. Only improvements I could suggest are the water pressure was really low and we couldn’t connect our phones to the tv’s."

"The space was comfortable and clean but showing a bit of wear, especially in the secondary bathroom. There was a coffeemaker, cups and sugar/creamer in the kitchen but no coffee! Beds were comfortable and heating/cooling easy to operate. Remote check-in and check-out were easy to use. A fair amount of homeless in the area but onsite parking security made us comfortable about leaving our car in the parking lot."
