"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. "The house phone in the room was in poor condition I couldn't carry on a conversation on it. An odd failing was that the privacy drapes on my 1st floor room could not be close. This not due to a hardware problem but rather by design. I just found it annoying but a woman might insist on a 2nd floor room. Only a gauzy curtain went across the picture window and allowed comple visibility into the room at ground level. I'll stay there again, much better than there competitors in the area."
