" We really like our stay at the hotel but didn’t really like the kitchen area in the room and dining table. We didn’t really like that whilst laying in bed you could see the kitchen. Our room also overlooked a car park which isn’t the greatest view. In saying that, I would stay here again, but in a different layout room like our friend’s room, where the kitchen is in the entrance, not the main part of the room. The hotel staff were 10/10 and the hotel has a really nice, cool, stylish vibe."

"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again. "

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. "I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"My friend and I stayed here as we were coming to the Sleep Token gig at Co-Op Live. The staff are so lovely and are attentive without being intrusive. Our room was one without a window, but it didn't matter, as we were there to get ready beforehand and sleep when we got back. Overall, our stay was great and the only things w disliked were the peeled/torn off paper on where a window might have been and the stained carpets in the corridors, but we know that things like that happen in busy places. We also paid for breakfast the next morning and that was good too - as many hot drinks, water or fruit juice you could drink if you want to, hot breakfast items (mushrooms, scrambled and/or fried eggs, hash browns, baked beans, bacon and sausages), breakfast cereals (Rice Krispies, Weetabix and corn flakes), bread to toast (white, brown or both) with butter, jam and marmalade portions, plus apples and oranges if you fancied some fresh fruit. The rooms seemed to be well sound-proofed too - we didn't hear anything from the other rooms around us (I think the hotel was near enough sold out due to both the gig and the match at the Ethiad) and we heard no complaints about us - we hadn't seen each other in ages, so even though we were both very tired, we stayed up late talking and laughing. If I go to stay in Manchester again I would consider going to stay at this hotel as a first choice, as it suited our needs, plus the beds are really comfy."

"The Yotel rooms are functional without frills but bed is comfortable with great shower, plugs by the bed, open hanging space. The breakfast is great I absolutely love the tofu hash & tomato eggs (can’t remember dish name) never had that at any other hotel - I’d go there just for the breakfast!"
