Overall I guess we got what we payed for! Rates are very affordable, everything was clean, the only thing that I didn’t like was a weird smell coming out of the bath tub. Staff was very friendly, however we had to wait for about an hour to check in since no one was at the front desk!

Run down, smokers everywhere including hallways of non smoking rooms. Not enough amenities in room. One towel for double bed room. Roller coaster not operational, looks like it is being dismantled. Everything is overpriced.

Forba Hotel far from the Strip, it serves a great purposes for Affordability, Cleanliness, Quiet and Safety. The prices for food and Drink were surprisingly low compared to Vegas and the Strip. We didn't eat at the Buffet, so not able to review, but Denny's and Cucos were very good and affordable. Death Wish Coffe was excellent in the morning and we walked acroos the road to Pink Box Donuts and grabbed a dozen before checkout. We will stay again when in town because of Prices and Cleanliness/Safety.

This was a horrible experience. Beer bottles, trash, half eaten chicken wings and shoes in the elevator. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were musty and carpet filthy.

Property was dirty and staff unprofessional. I wanted to pay with my corporate c/c with the name of the company on it and I had proof that I work for the company.
