"Everything was absolutely perfect, it's a really convenient place to stay, easily accessible, really secure, the only thing is the bathroom, there's gaps between the doors so it's really not hidden, the doorknob is just a hole which is really inconvenient when you're travelling with friend/family, I don't mind the blurry glass aspect because it was advertised that way but it felt like American toilets the way we could see between the gaps "

"This hotel was wonderful for many reasons. It is right next to Charing cross station and within a 5 minute walk to Embankment. We were able to walk to many sights including the National Gallery which is less than 5 minutes from the door of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also a small Marks and Spencer food mart where you can get snacks, prepared meals, fruit and other small grocery items. You can not beat the location.
