"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one.
