"We loved our stay at Gloria Palace. All staff were so helpful & courteous, Alicia who cleaned our rooms was fabulous. Staff in the Restaurant were also top class, impeccable, kind, courteous & so very helpful. We have never stayed anywhere like this, but we really look forward to coming back next year!!! Amazing resort, highly recommended!!! "

"The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."

"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza and burgers were good. Only little negative about our stay was that main pool bar just closed at 5pm and sometimes even earlier. But that’s not something that would put us off from booking again. Location was great, beautiful views of mountain, nice walk on promade to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Supermarket was 2 mins walk too"
