"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "If you are contemplating booking this place, just do it! You won’t regret it. You get a beautiful view to the beach and it is located on a main street, so everything is accessible. The place is clean and the host answers right away. I will be booking here again when i come back to PR. "

"Casa Parcha was beyond AMAZING. It was like having our own little piece of paradise. The accommodations were out of this world and the owner. Yesenia was beyond helpful! I didn't even wanna leave. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"The place look the same from the photos. Location is great, space is enough for 2. My only issue was that our room was close to the washer and dryer outside, we can hear the sound at night time and morning, but the sound wasn't tooooo bad, I put on my headphone to sleep so I was good. Overall, I will stay here again! "

"We wanted to visit the bioluminescent lagoon, Mosquito Bay, but we weren't sure we wanted to go through all the trouble to rent a second vehicle (hesitant about leaving our first vehicle behind in Ceiba) and a second property...but we are SO GLAD we did! We were in the perfect location for our tour and had enough time to see all the beaches we had wanted to visit. The pictures do not do it justice--this propery is much cuter in person."
