The front desk staff was unhelpful and insisted I had reserved only one room, despite my confirmation of two partial ocean view queen rooms. After I provided the confirmation email, she found the second reservation but insisted we could only have a different style room if we wanted them immediately—not an upgrade. "Couple night stay. Kinda older building that is partially hotel and partially owner rentals. Facility is clean and safe. The location is minutes to the airport and right next to the famous El San Juan Hotel. Not for honeymooners but fine for regular travel. It is right on the beach and you can use the ESJ pool so best of both worlds for half the price."

"I loved the area, there was only three parking spots available for the most part we had a spot. There was one night we didn’t have a spot which was annoying because it is hard to find parking. However Ubers were cheap and easy. The only complaint I have is that I wish they included more towels, bed sheets, and cleaning supplies. "The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "
