I doubt the BMW driver had reserved a space and ended up carelessly parked without a proper space or consideration for anyone else - resulting in a million point turn to get out of my pre-booked spot! The most disappointing part of our stay was the service at breakfast. Part buffet style but lots of items not available and had to ask for basics to be replenished - orange juice, milk, bread, and no tomato ketchup both mornings!! How difficult is it to get ketchup???
