"I got to the property and was upgraded to a room 3 times the size I had booked. The room was grand with expansive ocean views however, the flooring under the dining table was scratched beyond repair. The sliding doors to get out to the patio were difficult to open and close and many of the aspects of the property showed some ageing."

"With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our December 2022 month long stay at Ann’s beautiful Palos Verdes home. Our two toy dogs and were pleasantly surprised to find fluffy comfy dog beds available! They loved the beds and the secure grassy yard to frolic in. We did always stay vigilant for coyotes, as our dogs are tiny.
