"My wife and I really enjoyed our recent stay at The Lakes Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and we were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade to a room with a hot tub – a lovely touch that really made our stay feel special. The room itself was spot on – clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We also had dinner at Mizumi, which was a real highlight. The food was excellent and full of flavour – we especially liked the sharing plates. Overall, we’d rate our stay a solid 10/10. We’ will definitely be back again in the near future. "

"We stayed for a weekend at The Ro hotel and had a lovely time. The staff are all friendly and work so hard. The hotel it's self is slightly dated in some areas but that adds to it's charm. We also used the wellness centre and would definitely recommend it. It's really clean and modern with lots to offer. The hotel is is really central to windermere, we were able to walk everywhere easily. We'd definitely stay here again."

"It was a one night stay and we were welcomed from the very beginning and given helpful information on local attractions by Mohammed at the reception. The tepidarium, sauna and steam room were excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
