"The river is not that nice to look at due to the garbage and surrounding old buildings. Mosquitos all around so can’t leave your window/door open! We spent some time killing mosquitoes so we didn’t have to sleep with them feeding on us. The staff is super friendly and they have security at the entrance gate which adds some extra security. "Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute. "We had to leave this hotel without staying. It was dirty & smelly. The walks were filthy, bathroom moldy & griss & the beds were thin & pillows disgusting. The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more."
