"The wifi in my room was not strong enough"

"Advertised twin room but was very small and no quilts....lots of issues around making the room twin, but lovely service. No mugs...just tiny tea cups :-("

"We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is centrally located in Richmond, UK with easy access to trains and buses. The Underground was under repair during the long weekend (bank holiday) so we had to use the overground instead."

"Property was great for family of 3. Location was excellent, and the cheese shop and pub downstairs were awesome. Great layout, everything you need for an extended stay. The communal entrance to the apartment looks pretty tired, but once you enter the actual unit, it's well updated. It is an older building, so decent amount of noise from outside and footsteps from unit above, so bring earplugs if that's an issue. Would definitely book again"
