"The resort itself is very good but the Expedia units are old and dingy. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and the shower is a big disgrace, chipped tiling, rough floor etc. major building construction traffic and noise except Sundays. There was zero view but we knew that when we booked it. The all inclusive package is pretty good value and the restaurants and bars and beach/ pool service are all very good."

"Terrible. Booked for four nights only stayed one as two many issues to recount here. We put a claim in the next morning to try and recoup the three days we had paid for and we're unable to use. Some issues:no toilet paper or towels when we got to our room, no coffee pot and none available, one cooking pot and nothing else, no hot water, sink falling off the wall and leaking water onto the floor, bed is made of concrete with a 5" old coil spring mattress, my side had broken springs so basically...

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."
