"Naboo is a fantastic resort, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The rooms have large balconies, are quiet, newly renovated, and meticulously cleaned by the resort staff. The pool area is also very well-maintained and clean. We especially appreciated that the resort is just a two-minute walk from the beach, offering a peaceful retreat when the beach area gets busy during the day. What truly makes this a five-star review, though, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. Amy at the front desk, whom we interacted with the most, was quick to respond to our emails before the trip and was the first to greet us at the resort. She was always available and answered all our questions. The rest of the front desk staff were equally helpful, though we didn’t catch their names. The resort’s restaurant turned out to be our favourite in all of West Bay/West End. While we explored many other great spots, the freshness and quality of the ingredients at Naboo stood out. The staff—Omar, Eduardo, Antony, and Steph—were outstanding, professional, friendly, and always a pleasure to chat with. The dive shop was great and made our adventures easy to navigate and offered lots of opportunity to get out on various locations on the reef. You won’t be disappointed visiting Naboo, what they offer is unmatched in Roatan!"

"Becca and her staff were so helpful and wonderful for our entire trip. It is not in the middle of the tourist trap areas, but they are close if you want to go visit. So, if you are seeking the busy hustle bustle- you can get to west end in 5-10 minutes and a $10 taxi drive. It is right off the reef and we used a kayak to go visit the reef and it was very nice. The restaurant on site had awesome food, and the staff personalities were 10/10. Becca offered names of drivers she worked with and we utilized Libby and he was also great! I always felt safe, and I always felt welcomed by the locals. Becca also sent out a daily message with things going on the island that day, and she was always available for questions during the day. The dive shop was also great, and our rentals were in good condition for snorkeling. My only negative comment is that our condo was slightly musty. We are both very mold sensitive- but this is the likely price you pay next to the water. I took a daily allergy med and Benadryl at night and was just fine. "
