"It’s a decent place. When you pull in the place looks a little sketchy but once you go into the place it does get better. Kids water park was nice, pool nice but a bit cold, rooms are clean, the only thing we didn’t like is the hot tub is way in the back in the water slide area and they lock that area up at 6pm so we couldn’t even use hot tub at night. Had I known hot tub was off limits after 6pm I probably wouldn’t have booked here. "

"Great place to stay. Our fridge was broken the first night. They fixed it the very next morning. I don't really care for the doing laundry(towels) every three days. But I get it. "The staff at the front were absolutely the sweetest! All ladies were so helpful. I needed a band-aid and they provided a few for me. I asked if they had a shuttle to Universal and we had missed it, but the ladies suggested we walk to the neighbor hotel which is Dockside Inn (a Universal Resort) and we hopped on their bus! "My husband & I found a great deal for a quick birthday getaway. The price for 2 nights was an absolute plus. We arrived on time for check-in.
