"Lovely modern hotel, really close to Piccadilly. Friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom with a rainforest type shower. Lots of extra touches like free sample drinks in the foyer, some sky channels in the room (sports, cinema etc) and a pod coffee machine. As other reviews have said there isn’t much room to walk around the bed in a standard room, I’d say only about 1ft between bed and the tv wall, so you had to shuffle (as bed is also up a small step) so if you have mobility issues perhaps upgrade your room, but it didn’t bother us at all. "

"It’s located right beside the train station, and a 5-7 minute walk to Terminal 2 so the location is great for those with an early morning flight. There’s good signage to get to the hotel but it’s easy to miss the first one after you get out of the train station. If you went up the stairs to walk the overpath, you’ve gone the wrong way. To my delight, they opened up the continental breakfast at 3 am so even with a 6 am flight, I was able to have some cold cuts and sliced fruit. There wasn’t coffee or juice available but it was such an unexpected bonus to get anything. Cooked breakfast starts at 5:30 am. Room was good-sized, quiet and clean. I would recommend this place for an overnight stay if you have an early flight the next day as it’s very easy to get into town with the train."

"The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The air con was good. My electricity tripped while I was ironing and as there was no way to contact reception that I could find, I had to go down to reception to arrange for maintenance. Not enough people checking in customers at a time that the hotel know it’s going to be busy so it took 20 mins for me to check in behind a big party with only one person doing the check in"
