"We only had one night in Ribe with our two teenage children, so wanted accommodations with plenty of space. Storkesøen was perfect! We had a large a-frame cabin with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. it was so nice to hit the grocery store and be able to come back and make dinner and breakfast. Kitchen was well-equipped with all the basics. We did have to pay additional per person rate for linens (bath towel and sheets) but traveling from overseas it required. "The staff gave excellent service and advice on extra activities ie the use of the sports facilities namely the indoor and outdoor swimming pools diving boards hottubs and saunas. "If you enjoy staying in small friendly hotels that are old Danish then this is a nice place. The restaurant is dark wood paneling from another time. Books and pictures from long ago decorate the dinning room. The food is very good and good quality. I recommend having dinner on the first night.
