"If you're going to visit Hanoi, you should be in the Old quarter.. this hotel is a cheaper option but an hour away from everything. A Grab taxi is around 100K Dong (200K Dong in peak traffic) to get to the city where all the action is.. We used to take a taxi to wherever we wanted to go in the morning and then only come back at night Good hotel but the traveling can be inconvenient"

Good point. - 숙소를 업그레이드 해주셔서 편하게 사용했습니다. - 대부분 컨시어지들이 한국어를 할 수 있습니다. - 슬리퍼(사실 저는 이게 가장 맘에 들었습니다)가 너무 편했습니다. 조식도 가격에 비해 나쁘지 않고 다양한 편이었습니다. 아쉬운 점. - 방음이 전혀 되지 않아서 새벽주터 옆방의 소리가 그대로 그것도 마치 한국의 여관같은 기분이 들 정도로 자기 가정, 베트남 애인과 통화가 그대로 다 들림. 덕분에 잠을 설쳤음 - 분명 금연임에도 담배냄새가 엄청났음. 옆방으로 의심은 되나 심증만 있고 물증이 없어… 패스 - 이게 최악인데 호텔에서 그랩을 잡으면 80%이상 엉뚱한 후문근처에서 기다리고 있음. 그래서 노쇼패널티 엄청 물거나 아쉬우면 큰 길로 걸어나와서 그랩을 잡아야 했음. - 한국어는 통하는데 영어는 안통해서… 대부분의 손님도 한국에 오신듯… 그런데 로비에서 유튜브 소리는 있는대로 켜놓고 보지 맙시다. 한국인임이...

"stay on the 7th floor which have no lift, got to climb stairs as lift only up to 6th floor. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel. Have rat eat the snacks in the room,already told the staff about it but they seems like do not understand or just ignore it and charge me for the snacks when we check out. Overall experience is not good. Not recommended."
