"I really enjoyed the customer friendly atmosphere; From the beginning Eugene, got me started with onboard/Checking into my room following up with me daily on my 3 week stay. Manny the restaurant manager introduce the menu favorites and best rates applicable, along with brotherly conversation, and Arley my house keeping friend was so sweet and kind, that I did not want to leave!, But my question was How or why did I not receive any points or rewards for my extended stay?"

"Thus property was beautiful, very clean, friendly staff and there was free coffee. Amazing views made it even better. We walked across the street to the River Walk and down the block to a boat tour. We also walked to a bar and a restaurant downtown. If we go back to Chicago, we would definitely stay here again. "
