"Very nice home. Our reason for visiting Fairbanks was to see the northern lights and WOW did we ever…right out our front door! Two nights of our stay we saw the lights and they were beautiful…no need to leave home. The host was very accommodating and helpful with information about northern lights viewing and very excited for us when I told her we saw them from the house. "

"Delightful cabin nestled just at the tree line with an expansive view of the Chena River valley. A great place with wonderful, accommodating hosts. Warm, inviting, and all the comforts you need. Visited mid-summer and had a great cart ride and met some amazing furry dog friends! I hope I can come back in the winter to fully enjoy what this cabin and location have to offer."

"This property has potential, but not ready for guests. We arrived and the dooor was open- because it wouldn’t latch closed. We put a chair under the knob to keep it closed. "We arrived onsite to have the front door lock be broken, there was mold on the bannisters, there was water stains in several rooms, and bug beds in the new matresses. We brought all of this up to the property manager and he made excuses for everything, did not offer to clean or fix any of the problems and we have not been able to get in contact with him any more.
