"Hotel Portaventura hotel was designated during the roulette. It’s a ok hotel but the equipments and services are not at the level of a 4 stars: swimming pool very small with no equipment, jacuzzi out of order with a very dirty water in No amenities available at the front desk, must buy anything at the shop and when it’s closed… too bad for you, no solution! Definitely not ok for a 4 stars! Refurbishment done in 2019 but not roba my not maintained since then on many areas "

"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "
