"The hotel is very old and in a very bad condition. Everything, including the sheets and towels, in the room was dirty. The bathroom was not comfortable. The room cleaning service never did the job perfectly (each day they forgot something, sometimes forgot to put towels, sometimes forgot to put sheets on the bed or cover the pillow).
