"This was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit ever to Salzburg. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The little artificial artful stream running down in front of the entrance was fun. It's in a limited traffic area, so the taxi guy had a remote that lowered the barrier so he could drive us right to the door. There are some great restaurants at very reasonable prices in easy walking distance, and shops too, though very touristy shops and expensive, but we didn't come to buy...

"Property was well located, walkable to all major attractions and restaurants. Quiet area. We had a Sound Music tour and asked for a late check out (by1P) and the front desk lady was not very kind saying a strictly no. Other than that the hotel stay was good. "

"One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had in a while. There's two parking spots directly in front of the hotel to park while checking in. The host gave us clear direction for where to park after checking in, and he was so funny and so kind. We really enjoyed our check in conversation he was a joy to meet. The room was very clean and the view over the river was beautiful. The restaurant and roof top bar is the best place to enjoy a drink or meal. Highly recommend!"
