"Friendly and helpful staff. The spa areas looked very beautiful. Room was very clean but warm for my taste. I did turn the heat off, but it was still hot enough that I had to open the window. "This hotel is great choice if you are looking to be in a walkable area. The Sound of Music tour is a 3 min walk away and the old town is about 6 or 7 minutes. The room was clean but a little spartan. The staff are great. Breakfast was a little expensive. We ended up eating at a great takeout place across the street where you can get good coffee, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and sandwiches. "
