Staff is amazing, incredibly nice and helpful with all of the recommendations and would help on the easiest way to get around madrid! Only problem was our room layout; small things that niggled, like the bathroom hooks being on the opposite side to the way the shower door opens and the fact that you have to turn on the room lights to use the toilet during the night because they are all on the same circuit. We also didn’t think breakfast was worth the €17 per person. However it’s location is great and we would definitely stay there again. "
