"The hotel is great and lively. However there was a strong chemical smell which I assume was a cleaner, but it was intolerable. I called the front desk and was told the manager was up on my floor and she would alert them but she was clearly gaslighting me because they never showed. There was no explanation for the smell nor was there an attempt to reach out-just a suggestion to change rooms round 10 pm to the last room available. I was checking out in the morning. It was awful and I had to sleep with a mask no hate wearing masks!"

"The breakfast was great, overall good stay. Wish the beds could be updated the springs really didn't help me sleep at all. "

"Place was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, of course they can't control the weather in SF! Area around the hotel was decent. Lots of restaurants on Polk St. Short bus ride to Chinatown."

"Convenient location if you plan on exploring lots of different spots in the Bay Area. Beautiful view of the SF Skyline. The rooms are old and a little beat up. The hotel could use a renovation, but it’s still a solid place to stay, with easy on-site parking. The employees are terrific, in a good mood, and the service we received was great. "

"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."
