"The staff at this hotel is incredible! The rooftop waitstaff were friendly and attentive daily, and the reception staff and door men were always friendly and helpful. Overnight and morning/evening reception went above and beyond during our last night when my partner had a medical emergency. They had excellent suggestions for doctors and pharmacies and were so kind and concerned for my partner. This is my third time at this hotel and we’ll definitely be back"

"The hotel was super nice and clean. Their breakfast was delicious everyday day they had something different to eat fresh fruit and coffee. The only thing I didn’t like that is an Alley behind Pizza Hut. There’s a a lot of restaurants around and cafeterias also the Zocalo is super close by to walk and so many stores to go shopping.."
