"They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. It took about four hours for her to move us to another unity, which was so dirty and dusty. We had to clean it ourselves. It ruined my family vacation to celebrate my nieces birthday. "Found this little gem on Expedia. Reasonable rate. Followed gps to find. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Our room was very clean. Furniture is sparse, but then we didn’t need a lot. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights rest. Very good Wifi. Close to the malacon in San Felipe, we felt quite comfortable going for a stroll late afternoon. Gated secure parking. Quiet area. As travelling snowbirds, I would highly recommend this location. Will stay again! "
