I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. It took about four hours for her to move us to another unity, which was so dirty and dusty. We had to clean it ourselves. It ruined my family vacation to celebrate my nieces birthday. "The lady running this place is extremely professional. Everything is super clean and smells nice. The office too. She told me that the front desk is 24 hours and she meant it. There is always someone there. Some may find the rooms to be Spartan, but please, consider the room you would have for that price in Seattle, or Minneapolis, etc. You have a nice, clean room in a safe area. Simple walk to shopping and the beach. Cement beds don't squeak."
