"Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well...

"Good location just a block away from Pier 39. Trader Joe's and Walgreens nearby. The F Trolley which takes you to BART is within a block. Easy for public transportation and activities. They give a small bottle of water to each person at check in; a bottle per person per day would be an even nicer gesture. We left our bags with Bell Service after checkout until late evening pickup for flight. Enjoyed our stay. "
