"Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. I was facing the San Carlos St on the 6th floor, and i could hear the Metro Rail. Is was fine at night, but if you like to sleep-in in the morning, it may be a nuisance. "

"We stayed at La Hacienda for a couple of days while we visited Calibunga Water Park and the family loved it. It was our second visit to San Jose and by far this hotel was our place of choice. The place was quiet, clean and felt much safer than other hotels in the San Jose area. The parking lot and all of its trees provided great shade for vehicles as well as visitors. Not to mention the designated smoking area away from the hotel entrance that still provided sitting under the shade of the trees for those who partake. The only one downside that we encountered was that we had to go all the way around the property and use the main entrance again if we used the pool or jacuzzi. "

"Simple but modern, clean, comfortable, good amenities including bar & a pool. Only downside is that self parking in paid but they offer a discount code to make it $10 per night. "

"Wonderful property with the best amenities inside the room. Full kitchen with real plates, utensils, full fridge, & cook top was not used but super handy to keep in mind for future stays. $30 to park but the lot was super safe and patrolled by security overnight. Beds were extremely comfy & the room was so spacious. "
