"San Luca Palace Hotel was very nice. The best part of it was that it had Disabled Accessible bathroom in my room. There was ample room for me to maneuver wheelchair safely. I really appreciated that I had my own accessible bathroom, and my husband had his own bathroom. The only downside about the bathroom is that it lacked safety grab bars. Luca was a lovely town to visit and wander. It's proximity to Florence and Pisa or ideal. I would definitely stay at that hotel and come back to visit Luca. (I may bring safety grab bars to gift the hotel when I visit again.)"

"Property is well maintained, and has good size accommodation. Room had faulty A/C, and had to open windows to cool off room. Requests were made to front desk but were not considered serious which was disappointing."
