San Samuele vaporetto stop is less than. 5 minute walk. The area is full of Osteria and Baccaria to eat. The entrance does not have the name of the property on it, so it is easy to miss. "Lovely hotel. Rooms were very warm due to time of year. Good breakfast which surpassed expectations. Lovely location - close to San Marco Sq and not far from Accademia area. Really close to vaporetto stop (direct or airport). Friendly/helpful staff who are at desk 24hrs. Fresh towels every day. Lovely view along the canal from our room (34)if you can request it. "
