"The property was great but the check in was terrible. When I arrived this Asian guy was standing outside the door of the hotel. He saw me and promptly went inside the hotel. I opened the door with my luggage (with no help from him) and he walks to the desk, to which I looked at him and was like, is this where I check in? And he just nods. No hi, hello.
