"My family and I were here for 1 night on 16th of February. Upon check in we were kindly greeted. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were able to check in early and that was perfect after our 4 hour train ride from Rome. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator. We made sure to walk around with our socks on as the carpet looked gross with the stains. "Good budget price base for Venice. We booked a standard double. Pros Good location if you want to be close to the train and bus station without dragging your cases for miles. Lovely friendly lady on check in, very helpful and informative. They will hold your luggage for free, which seens rare in Venice. Comfortable room, clean, had what you needed, Tv no uk channels, fridge wardrobe, safe. Beds a tad hard but ok, nice big bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the corridor. Easy to walk...
