"The good ratings are just related to Delia, the most attentive (and competent) receptionist I have ever encountered in my trips. The hotel is basic and dated, no air con so not good for summer. Breakfast is average and the walls are paper thin. Also, the lack of private parking adds stress as you never know where you will find space. The studio was conformable and well equipped. Recommended if you plan just to sleep there as well placed for a quiet night."

"Botanico is a beautiful and unique hotel with everything you need for a superior quality holiday. The facilities and food were elite. However, the customer service could do with being taken up a notch. Service at breakfast and room service was slow (we waited nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive), you got a different answer depending on who you ask, I had to come back down after check in because my passport wasn't scanned properly, we were locked out because a mistake was made with our check...
