"I had a party of 20 coming for a funeral. I reserved 5 rooms. Expedia sucked at helping me figure this out. It’s better if you just call the hotel front desk and reserve. The hotel staff was very polite and considerate. One person helped me a lot with fixing my issues that Expedia could not. Kansas was her name. She was amazing. Answered all my questions and got me situated. Great customer service. Thank you Kansas. "
