"The hotel is very convenient, very near 豫园tourist area and the metro station. However be prepared to use your translator, the hotel staff speaks very minimal English, I was able to get away with it because I'm Chinese and was able to communicate in Mandarin. This isn't like Hilton or those 5 star hotels, you get what you pay for. All in all it's not too shabby, cleanliness is normal. Do take note that economy has no windows and no refrigerator. I paid for premium economy so it was better for me....
