"This hotel is conveniently located, easy access to anything. These are the priorities in making my choice of hotel. The room is clean & quiet, but a bit small, but it’s acceptable. The staff are nice & helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"What a beautiful property. Also, the Osen is top notch after a long day of walking. Nothing to do in the immediate neighborhood, but it is close to bus stops and the subway station. Would definitely stay again: the one negative I have is that the shower in the room is Mickey Mouse. It is not functional for an adult. "

"AMAZING HOTEL! Very conveniently placed right next to the Kitahama line. Room was a lot wider than we expected and while the bed was super firm it was surprisingly huge (Deluxe Double) for my next trip i will stay here again!"

"Excellent location. Hotel was right smack between various Namba train stations and beside OCAT. The hotel has a very European vibe and the queen bedroom was relatively large by Japanese standards. It has all the required amenities. We loved the welcome drink at the hotel lobby. One hot and 1 cold. The dashi soup was a life saver after walking in the cold. My room had the city view and I could see the Don Quijote ferris wheel. My only gripes had to do with the mattress and pillows. But I...

"Great stay! We enjoyed the restaurants: main restaurant, quick takeaway cafe, and rooftop bar. The room was cleaned everyday, even though we stayed multiple days. Easy walk to Gion’s sights. We used taxis mostly since it was a bit of a walk from the subway, but most of our trips were less than $10. Would stay here again."

"Property was 5 min walking to universal so convenient after the park. Loved the 4 single beds so everyone got a good nights sleep. Only thing was it didn’t have anything else around the property except other hotels. No shopping or restaurants. "

"We stayed at the Centara Grand Hotel Osaka after we spent a few days in Tokyo. It was a great stay and an easy walk to nightlife. Great dining options both in the hotel and very close to the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again. "

"Great property!! The room was spacious for Japan. There is a Lawson on the first level. Walkable in good weather. If the weather is cold, rainy, and windy the walk to the hotel and universal sucks. "
