"We loved the care and friendliness of the staff - we lost a souvenir in a taxi and we requested for the assistance of the staff to help us retrieved it since we can't speak Japanese and we didn't have a Japanese phone number with our phone service, and the staff made it so easy for us and helped us call the taxi company! "Lovely hotel and despite not being in the center of things it was fairly easy to connect to the train within a 7-8 min walk. Plenty of convenience stores and vending machines (that my kids were addicted to) on the way to the station. Loved the nice touch in the traditional rooms. Laundry room is helpful though it was always busy. I don't think the 2 machines were sufficient. We had to spend a lot of time waiting. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Groove Shinjuku. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The limousine buses from Haneda go directly to this hotel, which made arriving and check-in super simple for us. The rooms were lovely and spacious enough for all our bags. We were sad to leave, but we will definitely be back for a future stay."

"This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...
