At 42 stories high, the Singapore Flyer is one of the tallest Ferris wheels in the world, and has become a popular destination for tourists in Singapore. Carrying passengers 540 feet (165 meters) above the city, the Ferris wheel offers stunning views. While rides for the wheel were initially incredibly popular among locals, these days the line is generally smaller, making for a leisurely experience. Capsules are spacious and can accommodate large groups and families, and are air-conditioned year-round.

Look down at the downtown precinct of Singapore, north to Malaysia, or out to sea for the Indonesian island of Batam. Visitors have a great view of the Singapore Grand Prix course below them, while the popular sunset flights offer beautiful vistas of the city in a soft orange glow.

The Singapore Flyer is located on the edge of Singapore’s downtown precinct, on the Marina Center reclaimed land. Visitors can reach the wheel by car, and there is a multi-story parking lot onsite. Visitors arriving by public transportation can do so using the MRT, getting off at the Promenade Station on the Circle Line. The Singapore Flyer is open daily and tickets can be purchased online or when you arrive.
