"My wife and I loved our stay at Karema. The room was spotless, breakfast was good, only a 10 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to the beach, so the location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again. "

"I was pleasantly suprised with how good the Singlecote hotel was. I wasn't expecting much given the cost of the room but it was fantastic value for money. The hotel and room was spotless and the complimentary continental breakfast was superb. There was so much fresh choice. If i am ever down from Scotland again, then i will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and owners. "

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "
