"1 hotel upgraded us to a suite with full kitchen, laundry room, living room facing the beach. It was an amazing! Love this hotel!"

"Cute hotel. The rooftop pool, breakfast, bar, etc are located at The President hotel which is a very quick walk but slightly confusing to find on your first try. We encountered one staff member that was not friendly but the rest were fabulous. Easy walking to pretty much anything you need and they will help you set up tours etc. The front of the hotel is on a street closed to vehicles so you will be dropped off at the corner if you are not parking a vehicle with valet at The President. Also, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible so please be mindful of that if it pertains to you or your group. I did not see any accessible access to the front door. There is an elevator inside to access every floor except the first which has a few steps up to access those rooms. The beach access is fantastic and the restrooms/outdoor shower is very close to the hotel. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"Beautiful resort, five star all the way. Outside of two minor issues, the in room phone didn’t work after two days and one glitch with room service, the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff was excellent, the service impeccable, the food and drinks were top notch and the amenities superior. Obviously, a five star resort is going to have some ridiculously priced items but there’s a liquor store directly across the street and a Walgreens on the corner to counter that issue. I’d recommend the W for sure if you’re planning a south beach vacation."
