"The staff was great and responsive. The area was central to many attractions and near the lake. The only minor issue was that the doors in other rooms/halls were loud and need a "cushion" or a muffling to lessen the noise so the doors weren't so loud when closing. Everything else was great! "

"Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The elevators could use an update- they were slow and there are only 3 to go up 20 flights. Once there’s an event in one of the dining halls the elevators are jammed! But honestly otherwise the hotel was minimal thrills and just offered clean and good service. It’s close to practically everything and we walked everywhere while we were in town. "
