The location is unbeatable—right in the city and within walking distance to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, which made it super convenient especially with the busy traffic in Queenstown. The facilities were modern, clean, and really well looked after, and having secure parking inside the hotel was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
