"This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. "Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on Expedia that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not."
